These higher profits result from unlocked creativity, collaboration, and respect.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of course, getting everyone on the same page about your diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts can feel like a monumental task.
